ABOUT US

Our passion for prepping stems from a variety of motivations, often driven by a combination of personal experiences, beliefs, and concerns about the future.

Self-Reliance and Independence: We value the ability to take care of ourselves and our families without relying on outside sources like government aid or stores. We feel empowered by knowing we have the skills and resources to survive in emergency situations.

Concern About Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and other natural disasters can disrupt communities and threaten survival. We prepare as a way to safeguard against these unpredictable events.

Economic or Social Uncertainty: We prep in response to concerns about economic collapse, inflation, or societal instability. They may fear that economic or political crises could disrupt daily life, so they prepare to minimize the impact.

Global Threats: Geopolitical tensions, pandemics, and climate change are also major motivators for some individuals. These global risks create a sense of urgency for some to prepare for a possible breakdown of social order or the environment.

Historical Lessons: We are influenced by history, such as the Great Depression, World War II, or times of war, famine, or civil unrest, which have demonstrated how fragile modern societies can be. They might seek to avoid repeating those difficult experiences by being prepared.

The Desire for Control: In a world that feels increasingly unpredictable, prepping allows us to regain a sense of control. It offers a way to feel prepared and secure, even in the face of uncertainty.

Community and Identity: For us, prepping fosters a sense of belonging to a like-minded community. We find camaraderie and share knowledge, skills, and resources with others who have similar goals. It has become a part of our personal identity and lifestyle.

Hobbies and Skills: For us, prepping is an enjoyable hobby that includes learning survival skills, building emergency kits, gardening, and mastering self-sufficiency.
